Gregory is now 31 years old.  He attends an academy throughout the week.  They assist him with cooking class, field trips, bowling (something he loves) 150 bowling average, art class and numerous activities.  He love art and the picture he brings home are awesome.  He wants me to sell them for him.  He loves going to school and when schools are closed he goes into deep depression.  Unfortunately I've been told that the budget will be cut tremendously for the mentally impaired and I praying it doesn't especially for Gregory.

My son the man, Greg has made great progress. He attends school on a regular basis. He prepares dinner, washes dishes, does laundry, takes out the trash, mows the lawn. shovels snow! You name it he can do it!

I was recently viewing a documentary about a Canadian mother of an autistic boy.  In the documentary she was video taping her son from the time he was diagnosed with autism until he became an adolecent. His doctor did a some research studies on the boy and discovered that autistic children have a antibiotic-resistent bacteria in their stomachs. The doctor put this child on a powerful antibiotic called Vancomycin and after a week the boy's autistic behavior patterns changed significently!  Unfortunately this was only for a short time due to the strength of this antibiotic. This could mean that a cure for autistic will soon be invented.  I really hope so!
